This 5-axis CNC router machine is customized for our customer. Our customer wants to use this 5-axis CNC router for aluminum panel engraving and cutting and aluminum profile drilling and milling holes. Our customer needs a higher cutting speed, so he chose this kind of machine.
Controller system
The machine adopts the Italy OSAI control system with the RTCP function. It is equipped with an independent controller, is easy to use, and is very stable.
The machine adopts an Italian 50° high-precision five-axis head with an HSK63 interface. It is a combination of various functions—setting milling, engraving, cutting, drilling, and slotting—with high working efficiency. Small turning space, saving space, more flexible processing.
Yaskawa servo motor
FANWO 5-axis CNC router adopts the Japan Yaskawa servo motor and high-precision planetary reducer to ensure machine accuracy.
Tool changer
The carousel automatic tool changer can greatly improve the production efficiency.
Table
Because the customer wants to cut an aluminum sheet, the minimum thickness is 4 mm. So we do the vacuum table with a 2*KVF250 vacuum pump. The material can be sucked tightly without dislocation. No warping.
The suction is very large, which provides a favorable guarantee for cutting processing.
